I've been busy

English Nederlands

I've been busy, the jeans are finished and I made two of the popular Ottobre tops to go with them. When I wrote my last post the pair of jeans was almost finished and the tops only take an hour or so each. A few pictures to show the different possibilities. The jacket is RTW and one of those long lasting wardrobe items.
NancyK asked for the fabric: it's a medium weight denim with a tiny bit of stretch.

When I made my muslin (no pictures, I would have liked to share those with you, but my camera was away with one of my children that day) the back wrinkles disappeard after a minor change, and in the first picture of the back they're back. But as you can see in the second picture, where I stand a bit different, it's not so bad.
All in all I'm very happy with this pattern,

If you like the wardrobe concept take a look at the blog of Krustallos, who in a post on Friday showed all possible combinations of what she made.
