And the problems with my origami blouse? I was not satisfied with it, certainly not when I took a good look at the back again. Thanks also for your thoughts on that, and Tany especially for sending me some information on sleeve fitting. But I also forgot to lengthen the pattern, so that the waist is too high. Perhaps you've seen that, but were so kind as not to mention that! I wouldn't have minded though. And now that I was making it difficult for myself already: the front could use a tiny bit of extra space too.
What did I do: traced a size 38 to have a smaller neckline and shoulder, did the FBA a bit different (tell you about it when it works) and cut it all again. And I will have to do the origami once more, because of making the pattern longer in the waist. Sometimes I wish I could take this easier. But I can't.

In the meantime I worked on the white/black jeans. Here's a sneak preview, I must buy rivets, make the buttonhole and hem. A muslin for these not so tight jeans (Mc Calls 5142) I already made some time ago, and was surprised how little I had to change. That's why this is now an easy project, the only nasty thing was the continuous change of white and black thread.
