I wear what I sew (1)

Wednesday - detail Inspired by Dana (blog Lean Mean Sewing Machine) and Kristy (blog Lower your pressure foot, which I only discovered this week) I start taking pictures of what I actually wear. I do think that I mostly wear clothes that I made myself.

A complete picture I placed in this online album.

My clothes today:
Jalie top (no. 2449, previously shown in this post). Confess to wearing it for the first time, as the print felt a bit uneasy at first. But now I wear it in this combination, it feels fine.

Linen BWOF 02-2006-109 pants, that I reviewed here. I love the waistband detail on this pattern. This is such a favorite pair of pants, only difficulty is that it's white, so that after one day of wearing it usually must be washed.

You look fab! I am leaning towards making a pair of white pants and yours are wonderful.
Beautiful work.

I've been toying with such a post, too, for Friday showing what I wore for the week. This is my last week of "dressing up" for work, as next week is the last week of school and it is casual due to all the activities going on.

Your outfit is really striking - I love the white pants. You have confirmed my need to make a pair this summer.

Yay, another sewists takes up the challenge!

Nice outfit. I'm convinced that a pair of white pants can make almost any top look better.
